CNC Perimeter Trail Hike

Let's avoid that post-Thanksgiving slump by getting out for a long hike!

My plan is to meet at 10am at the Playscape parking lot, hike half the perimeter trail and take a break for lunch or snacks (whatever you feel like bringing for yourself) and then completing the other half of the trail. We'll go at about a 3mph pace covering a distance of 10-11 miles.

We might be done before 3:00; I just wanted to give plenty of time to account for possible breaks.

Remember, you are responsible for your safety, so

1. If you're feeling unwell, don't push it. 2. Be properly dressed - shoes must have good traction and ankle support. I'm not sure how the weather will be, but you know your needs for layering. 3. Have water and food available. Don't hike on an empty stomach, and stay hydrated!
